How did Spacial Journaling start?
Hey, I’m Katerina! I came up with Spacial Journaling when I was going through intense personal challenges.
I tried everything I could think of:
- talking about it
- ignoring it
- focusing on something else
- journaling about it
- even did a video journal for 30 days!
Nothing was really helping… until I discovered Spacial Journaling.
Then I felt almost instant clarity and a weight lift off my shoulders.
This is too good to keep to myself, so I started holding Spacial Journaling Workshops.
