What happens after you take the Quiz?

Once you submit the quiz, I’ll send you a voice message with personalised wellbeing advice.

From here, you may find that:

a) it’s all you need at this point, and we part ways – that’s perfect.

b) you’re curious about wellbeing coaching, but not quite sure if it’s right for you -> we can have a conversation about this via voice messages, I can answer any questions you have and you can decide if it’s a good time for you to move forward with coaching

c) you’re 100% ready for coaching -> if on reviewing your quiz, I feel that I can best help you as a coach, I’ll send you a private booking link, where you can pay for and book your session for a convenient time.

I only send out the booking link after I review the answers to the quiz. This ensures that we’re a good match for coaching. If we’re not, I can refer you to other sources of support.

Coaching sessions are one-off 90-minute sessions, via video call. Each session is $280 AUD. You can book and join a session, from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable internet connection and can access the session from a private quiet space.

After you attend one session, you will retain access to the booking link and you will be able to book another session anytime you like.

Want to book a session but can’t afford one? 

myndpark runs a scholarship program where people in financial hardship and/or recovering after domestic violence, can apply for a session which is partially funded by myndpark. You can apply for a scholarship session by completing the Quiz and explaining your situation.
